Rides for Readers – Free Tuesday Bus Service

Senior citizens can enjoy free round-trip rides to the Rawlins Library every Tuesday from November 1 through March 31, 2026.

Details:

  • Service is available to residents within the city limits of Pierre and Fort Pierre.
  • Schedule your ride at least 24 hours in advance by calling River Cities Transit at 605-945-2360.
  • To avoid any fees, tell the operator you’re riding to the library on Tuesday.
  • If you have questions or need help scheduling, call the library at 605-773-7421—we’re happy to assist!
