Street Closure: Capitol Ave.
Capitol Avenue, between Fir Street and Hemlock Avenue, is closed for an emergency sewer line repair.
The line was damaged during private construction work.
The repair is expected to be complete by 12 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 11. The street will reopen upon completion of the repair. Motorists should avoid the area until work is complete.
