Live Music at the Library
Next week, you’ll find free live jazz music on the Rawlins Library lawn.
Joey Leone and the Chop Shop Band will perform at Rawlins Municipal Library at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10. The free outdoor concert will feature jazz and blues music and a commentary on the history of blues music in America.
Attendees should bring chairs or blankets for seating.
Leone has played with and toured alongside the likes of Etta James, Otis Rush and Buddy Miles. Leone’s Chop Shop band has been featured on the main stage at Sioux Falls JazzFest, and Leone and his band served as the inspiration for a character in the Grand Theft Auto 3 video game.
