The City of Pierre is now offering an app to its utility customers. The My Civic Utilities app allows customers to access their utility history, real-time account information, set-up notification preferences, and payment options easily from a mobile phone.
City Finance Director Twila Hight says that the new app is very user friendly for mobile devices.
“I tested the app out with my own account. It’s much easier to use on my phone than the website version,” said Hight. “We’re always looking for ways to make things more convenient for our customers, and this app is certainly quick and easy to use.”
To download the My Civic Utilities iOS or Android app, just search for it in the app store. There is no cost to download it.
