Pierre Aquatic Center Summer Hours
The Pierre Aquatic Center is open from 6am to 9 pm. For all open swim times, lap swim times or class schedules contact the YMCA at the 224-1683. Open swim hours are 10 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday and 12 pm to 4:30 pm on Sundays.
The diving board, water slide and water toys are available for your use during open swim. Children must be 7 years or older to attend open swim without a parent present in the water.

The Pool
The Oahe Family YMCA / Pierre Aquatic Center features an eight lane, 25-yard pool which lends itself to competitive and lap swimming. The pool, which features a zero depth entrance, is designed for our younger swimmers. The water toy, which resembles playground equipment, has a small slide and lots of places where water sprays. The 85-foot whitewater slide and the one-meter diving board are each popular attractions.
The southwest deck is furnished with chaise loungers for those who wish to sun bathe. The deck off of the lobby area is ideal for brown bag lunches or pool break snacks.
