NOTICE TO BIDDERS
American Girl Dolls for Sale
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Pierre, South Dakota, at the Commissioners Room in the City Hall, 2301 Patron Parkway, Pierre, SD 57501, until 1:30 PM, Central Time, Thursday, September 28, 2023, then publicly opened and read aloud, American Girl Dolls for Sale, in accordance with specifications filed in the Office of the City Finance Officer at 2301 Patron Parkway or 773-7407. Bidder can bid on one, any, or all, shall state the dollar amount individually to purchase selected American Girl Doll. The bid shall be submitted on the bid proposal prepared by the City of Pierre and available from City Finance Office – or 605-773-7407 or Rawlins Library 1000 E Church or 605-773-7421 or City’s website www.cityofpierre.org.
Bidder shall indicate on the bid envelope “BID ENCLOSED – AMERICAN GIRL DOLLS for Sale”. Send Bids to City of Pierre; 2301 Patron Parkway; Pierre, SD 57501.
The Board of City Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
